Shipping, Returns, and Cancellations
Currently my processing time is 5-7 business days. Currently I am only accepting orders with US and Canadian mailing addresses due to shipping issues due to COVID-19, although hopefully this will change in the future. I can ship to APO/FPO addresses. All of my orders ship with tracking and insurance. My standard shipping service is USPS First Class Mail and USPS First Class International. Please note that shipping upgrades do NOT represent a change in my processing time. I will consider a domestic package lost if 14 business days have passed without a tracking update, and an international package lost after 21. If you believe your package is lost, please contact me for a replacement or refund.
I do my best to start working on orders the same day they are received, so I do not accept cancellations once an order is placed. If you need to make any changes to an order (such as swapping out one character for another), please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to help. If I can not obtain the information needed to complete your order within 48 hours (character choices, address information, etc) I will cancel your order and you will need to place it again at a later date.
I do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or with a mistake (typo, cracked coin case, incorrectly programmed data, etc), please contact me within 14 days of delivery and I'll be happy to fix the problem.Liquid error: Could not find asset snippets/pages.custom_fields.liquid
